At the core of every Aero strap is careful engineering, durability testing, and intentional design. We build our products to securely hold your AirPods during real, everyday movement, using materials and construction chosen specifically for strength and long-term reliability. Aero Assurance reflects our confidence in that design.
Aero Assurance is the protection promise from Aero Products LLC that backs the craftsmanship of your strap. In the rare event that a verified manufacturing defect causes the strap to fail and your AirPod(s) cannot be recovered, we step in with replacement support. Simply put, if our product doesn’t perform the way it was designed to, we take responsibility.
This program exists to reinforce the quality standards behind Aero products while giving customers added peace of mind. All claims are reviewed to confirm that the loss resulted directly from a product defect during normal, intended use.
Aero Assurance is a limited defect protection benefit and not general loss or theft coverage. Participation is subject to our Aero Assurance Terms & Conditions, which outline eligibility, claim requirements, exclusions, and verification procedures.
