Refund policy

At Aero, we stand behind every product we make. Each product is carefully designed, tested, and inspected to ensure it meets our standards before it reaches you. We value quality, durability, and customer satisfaction, and we want you to feel confident in every purchase.

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll work quickly to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional processing time.
